Dr. Ona has a Ph.D. in Professorship and an EdD in Education. Her expertise is in providing solutions that will change the environment of Women in Leadership, Female Global Relations, and Female Societal Positioning. She is a qualitative researcher who has extended previous studies in secular universities but has expanded her expertise in sacred faith-based universities as a strategic educator who searches to create and author curricula to change the perception and position of Women globally. Her expertise is in "Resolving Issues by searching reasons. Her expertise in "Resolving Issues by searching causes of behaviors with Women as it pertains to Female Civility, and her experience is in Accounting, Management, and Organizational Leadership. Her doctoral education has allowed her to examine ethical frameworks, principles, and leadership practices.

Additionally, Dr. Ona understands the challenges of changing strategic planning, cultural diversity, cultural behaviors, and global diversity. Her Master’s degree in Management encompasses organizational communication, leading change, managing cross-cultural environments, social responsibility, project management, budget/finance, and business law. Her Bachelor’s degree includes effective communication, innovation, statistics, decision-making, ethical/legal topics, and human resource management.
