The Global Female Civility Leadership Institute was founded by our President, Professor Dr. Ona C. Miller. The foundation was established in 2013 with the vision to train, develop, and teach female leaders that understand the importance and relevance of history, but also have a desire to experience a great impact of change. Prof. Ona conducted a study to determine the many barriers, obstacles and challenges that many women face in society, tradition and culture. In doing so, a passion was ignited and a purpose took shape and form.

The results of the study yielding an initiative called "Female Civility". The Female Civility Initiative sparked the need for an unorthodox education experience that allows the student to identify more with themselves and not the imposed statistics, percentages and status quo. The Global Female Civility Leadership Institute takes the female leader on a journey of self-discovery, self-leadership and self-purpose.
