The President and Founder of The Global Female Civility Leadership Institute™, an online platform that provides accredited degree programs to build and ignite women in leadership to embrace who they are unashamed.
She is also the Founder of The Global Library of Female Authors and National Female Civility Day. Professor Ona has a Ph.D. in Professorship and an EdD in Education. Her expertise is in providing solutions that will change the environment of Women in Leadership, Female Global Relations, and Female Societal Positioning.

Maria is a seasoned educator with 30 years of experience. She has held different positions such as
French/ Spanish/ ESL teacher, World Languages Department Chair, and since 2014 is the Learning Disabilities Consultant in a Child Study Team in a public high school. She is also an advocate of issues related to the environment.
